As I have observed in my Link2Practice school, technology is increasingly common not only in typical classrooms but also in Physical and Health Education (PHE). While this subject often focuses on movement and physical literacy, digital platforms can also play an important role in supporting all types of learners. Tools like video analysis, fitness trackers, and online reflections can help students monitor and think more deeply about their learning. Digital tools also give students more creative opportunities to share their ideas and take ownership of their learning. This podcast explores how technology can support skill development, reflection, and student voice in PHE, while considering some of the obvious challenges that can arise when incorporating technology into a movement-based classroom.
